- Only defective, damaged, or wrong items are eligible
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Replacement is preferred over refund (subject to availability)

- No Cash on Delivery (COD) available
Strict Clauses
- No cancellations after dispatch
- No returns on custom-made products
- Pixogaze reserves the right to refuse service in case of policy misuse
